PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly design a voltage wave shape not causing ink to be discharged. SOLUTION: A printer controller controls, based on image data, a printer which makes printing by discharging ink with a plurality of ink colors including black (K) color from a nozzle, and is equipped with a dot generating section. When the image data is monochrome data, based on the monochrome data, the dot data forming section forms dot data of dots by ink with other color ink except black (K) color, together with a dot by ink with black (K) color, in an image part to be expressed with the black (K) color of the image data, as a processing to prevent nozzle clogging.
