PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irreversible circuit apparatus which can improve production efficiency, a communication apparatus using this, and a characteristic adjustment method of the irreversible circuit apparatus. SOLUTION: The irreversible circuit apparatus includes: a conductor substrate; a plurality of irreversible elements mounted on the conductor substrate; a connection member 5 which electrically connects center conductors 26, 36 of the plurality of the irreversible circuit elements each other; and a dielectric member 6. The connection member 5 is installed making a space from a surface of the dielectric member 15. Moreover, the dielectric member 6 is installed on the conductor substrate 15 to cover an upper surface of a part of the connection member 5. A so-called air capacitor is formed between the connection member 5 and the conductor substrate 15 by making a space between the connection member 5 and the surface of the conductor substrate 15. Meanwhile, the dielectric member 6 forms one more capacitor between the connection member 5 and the conductor substrate 15 by installing it on the conductor substrate 15 to cover the upper surface of a part of the connection member 5.
