<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent golf club grip in which a sheet layer for publicity with photographs, pictures, figures, characters, or the like printed thereon is contained in a grip in such a state that content of publicity on the sheet layer are easily visible in appearance, the content of publicity printed on the sheet layer can be more clearly recognized in appearance while damaging on the sheet layer are prevented, and slipping is prevented to provide an accurate strike. <P>SOLUTION: The golf club grip G includes an adhesive layer 10 formed on an outside surface of a grip installation part S1, a sheet layer 20 of an elastic polymer substance attached to the adhesive layer 10 to show the contents of publicity, and a transparent layer 30 of elastic material covering the sheet layer 20.
