PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device for attaining reduction of a sprung displacement transmission ratio during traveling an uneven road face, prevention of stopper contact during traveling a gradient change road face, and reduction of shock feeling. SOLUTION: When traveling an uneven road face, vibration of a sprung member is restrained by correction active control force f<SB>bfr</SB>*, f<SB>bfl</SB>*, and the sprung displacement transmission ratio is reduced. When traveling a gradient change road face, input from the road face is transmitted to the sprung member at an early timing by correction stroke dumping control force f<SB>sfr</SB>*, f<SB>sfl</SB>* to lower the peak value of the road face input, thus reducing shock feeling. When a vehicle travels the gradient change road face, and when the stroke change amount becomes large, the stroke dumping control becomes dominant, thus increasing resistance force against extension/contraction of an electromagnetic shock absorber device.
