PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble regulator capable of regulating bubbles that are generated from a bubble generator to generate bubbles more appropriate for ornamental purposes in a liquid. SOLUTION: A bubble regulator 10 for regulating the size of bubbles generated from a bubble generator 20 for generating bubbles in a liquid is characterized by comprising a bubble reservoir 12 for reserving bubbles MB generated from the bubble generator 20, wherein the bubble reservoir 12 is provided with a hole 14 for discharging bubbles BB reserved in the bubble reservoir 12 into a liquid from the hole 14.
