发明名称 A METHOD FOR FABRICATING THERMOELECTRIC MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a thermoelectric material is provided to disperse tellurium in a colloidal state and add bismuth acetate and a reducing agent to the dispersed tellurium, thereby obtaining Bi-Te based materials which are thermoelectric materials. CONSTITUTION: An aqueous solution includes tellurium which is generated when copper is extracted(S100). At least one acid of HNO3 and H2SO4 is putted into the aqueous solution so that the aqueous solution is neutralized(S200). A reducing agent and a surfactant are added to the neutralized aqueous solution to extract tellurium(S300). The tellurium is dissolved in a solvent again so that the tellurium is dispersed in a colloidal state(S400). Bismuth acetate and a reducing agent are added to the colloid(S500). The dispersed tellurium reacts with bismuth to manufacture a thermoelectric material(S600). The thermoelectric material is separated from the colloid in a powder state(S700).
