The oven i.e. baking oven (1), has an oven muffle (2) closable by an oven door and sealable against an oven door using a door seal, where the oven is designed as a pyrolysable oven. Guides i.e. telescopic linkage (8), are connected with a support frame (6) via a cross piece, which is transverse to an oven flange (5). The door seal is designed as a pyrolysable door seal. The cross piece comprises recesses and is arranged between the oven flange and the oven door, during closing of the door, and sealed by the seal. The cross piece exhibits depth that ranges from 3 to 4 mm.
