The method involves detecting measuring data of an examination object as projections during circulation of X-ray tubes (C2, C4) around the object, and carrying out measuring data detection for image data of a volume element of the object during the set of circulations. The measuring data is detected based on spiral-computed tomography-recording with a pitch smaller than 1. A non-integral set of projections is detected per circulation, such that the projections are complemented to the non-integral set of projections.
