PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operation speed while ensuring the reliability of operation when low-voltage-driving and to protect a circuit. SOLUTION: When a transistor Q7 operates, an amplifier circuit using the transistor Q7 operates as a source-grounded circuit. When an ON-control voltage is applied between a gate and a source of the MOS transistor Q7, a drain electric potential of the transistor Q7 rapidly approaches to the source electric potential and the transistor rapidly shifts to the ON-state. In addition, since a clamp circuit 10 is provided between a gate and a source of a transistor QH, a voltage between the gate and the source does not increase beyond necessity. Since this circuit part can be driven by a voltage that is a threshold voltage VT of the transistor QH plus the voltage VDS between the drain and the source of the transistor Q7 without requiring any other voltage, the reliability of the operation can be ensured even when low-voltage-driving.
