PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to prevent generation of malfunction, even if a shaft-like member is bent due to forcible operation of a lever. SOLUTION: When the shaft-like member 23 is turned in a first direction A by a turning operation part 24, an intermediate member 27 connected to the shaft-like member 23 turns in the same direction, a movable member 25 moves in a second direction B through a direction changing means 31 structured of a convex part 30 fitted to the intermediate member 27 and a slit 25a fitted to the movable member 25, a distance between a magnet 26 provided at the movable member 25 and a magnetic sensor 33 is changed, and the magnetic sensor 33 detects change of magnetic fields to send a detection signal to a control means. Even if the lever 22 is forcibly operated toward an arrow C direction to have the shaft-like member 23 bent like a bow, the intermediate member 27 does not displace toward a shaft direction of the shaft-like member 23, neither the movable member 25 nor the magnet 26 moves in the second direction B, and a distance between the magnet 26 and the magnetic sensor 33 does not change.
