PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing electrophotographic photoreceptors in which the variation in the curing degree of the surface layer per electrophotographic photoreceptor is suppressed when a plurality of the electrophotographic photoreceptors are continuously manufactured. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the electrophotographic photoreceptors sequentially and continuously manufactured through at least the three steps of a coating step of coating the body to be coated with a coating material for a surface layer comprising a curable material; an electron beam irradiation step of irradiating the coating film formed on the body to be coated with an electron beam; and a heating step of heating the coating film after the electron beam irradiation step, the maximum arrival temperature of the coating film in the heating step is made lower as it goes to the body to be coated or the group of the bodies to be coated having a low oxygen concentration in a heating atmosphere.
