<p>Provided is a cold-storage-type cryocooler that can achieve stable cooling temperatures with a simple structure. The disclosed cold-storage-type cryocooler cools the cooling stage (32) to cryogenic temperatures by repetitively compressing and expanding a refrigerant gas, and has an FRP-made thin plate (61) with a thickness of 0.1 mm to 1 mm attached to the cooling stage (32). The FRP thin plate (61), of which the thickness is within the aforementioned range, inhibits fluctuations in the temperature of the cooling stage (32). If the thickness of the FRP thin plate (61) is greater than 1 mm, the heat transfer loss will be increased and the cooling effect will be diminished. If the thickness is less than 0.1 mm, the effect of inhibiting temperature fluctuations will be small. With the disclosed cold-storage-type cryocooler, temperature fluctuations in the cryocooler can be reduced by simply attaching the FRP thin plate (61), and thus, the cooling temperature in the cold-storage-type cryocooler can be stabilized. As a result, cooling can be achieved for cooled objects (70) that need to be kept at a constant cooling temperature and the temperature thereof can be controlled precisely, thus widening the range of uses of the cold-storage-type cryocooler.</p> |
