PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that improves the workability for a plurality of application programs being carried out. SOLUTION: A main terminal 1, in which an OS implementing a multi-window environment is installed, determines whether a take-over event occurs during execution of a monitoring object application PG (program) and a take-over object application PG. When it is determined that a take-over event has occurred, the main terminal 1 allows an auxiliary terminal 2 having a function for communicating with the main terminal 1 to take over the take-over object application PG. Moreover, the main terminal 1 determines whether a take-over cancellation event occurs, while the auxiliary terminal 2 takes over the take-over object application PG. When it is determined that a take-over cancellation event has occurred, the main terminal 1 cancels the take-over of the take-over object application PG to the auxiliary terminal 2.
