Surfactant composition comprises: 0.1-99.9 wt.% of protein-fatty acid-condensate and/or 0.1-99.9 wt.% of protein hydrolyzate quat; 0.1-99.9 wt.% of alkylpolyglucoside; optionally further surfactants comprising betaine, raisin, sulfosuccinate, glutamate, taurate, sarcosinate, amphoteric acetate, acyl lactylate or non-ionic alkoxylates; optionally further additives; and 0-99 wt.% of water.
