<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with a solar cell mounted on an electronic apparatus such as a wristwatch, wherein although a multistage solar cell having a plurality of cells divisionally connected in series is employed to obtain an output voltage which is high enough to directly drive the electronic apparatus, a gap formed between cell units since the cells are divided is visible and the use of the multistage solar cell is therefore a serious problem influencing the design of the electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The multistage solar cell has a plurality of cell units each formed by laminating a metal electrode film, a semiconductor film and a transparent electrode film in order on an insulating substrate. The solar cell has a colored transparent film and a metal reflective film at a position irradiated with light transmitted through the gap between the different cell units from the side of the transparent electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
