摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector, along with a manufacturing method of a radiation detecting device, of which crosstalk is low but joining strength of a scintillator element is high. <P>SOLUTION: In the radiation detector, a plurality of semiconductor photodetector elements are arrayed in matrix on a semiconductor photodetector element array. A plurality of scintillator elements are arrayed in such manner as their bottom surfaces face the semiconductor photodetector elements. A light reflecting material is provided on the surface of the scintillator element other than its bottom surface. The scintillator elements are arrayed to adjoin each other with an interval of 100μm or shorter, with a metal jointing material provided between the light reflecting materials of the adjoining scintillator elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
