<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch input device having a tactile feedback function that reduces acoustic noise caused by tactile feedback. <P>SOLUTION: The input device 1 includes: a touch screen 10; a piezoelectric actuator 12 for applying tactile feedback to a fingertip of a user by vibrating the touch screen 10; a speaker 14 for outputting a sound wave for canceling acoustic noise generated by the tactile feedback; and an electronic control unit 20 for integrally controlling the piezoelectric actuator 12, the speaker 14, etc. The electronic control unit 20 includes: a tactile feedback signal generation part 23 for generating a tactile feedback signal; a drive circuit 21 for driving the piezoelectric actuator 12 based on the tactile feedback signal; a sound wave signal generation part 24 for generating a sound wave signal having a phase opposite to that of the tactile feedback signal; and an amplifier circuit 22 for driving the speaker 14 by amplifying the sound wave signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
