摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize low power consumption and a reduction in nonlinearity in general in a laser device which supplies laser beams from each of a plurality of light emission ends constituting a laser beam output port. <P>SOLUTION: The laser device is equipped with: a seed light source 41; emission ends 70a and 70b; an intermediate light amplifier AMP0; an optical divider 80; and final stage light amplifiers AMP1<SB>1</SB>and AMP1<SB>2</SB>. The number of light emission ends 70a and 70b is more than the number of seed light sources 41, the final stage light amplifiers AMP1<SB>1</SB>and AMP1<SB>2</SB>and the light emission ends 70a and 70b have a one-to-one correspondence mutually, and the optical divider 80 has input ports corresponding to the seed light sources 41 and a plurality of output ports corresponding to the light emission ends 70a and 70b, respectively, and the intermediate light amplifier AMP0 is disposed on a light path between the seed light source 41 and the optical divider 80, whereas the final stage light amplifiers AMP1<SB>1</SB>and AMP1<SB>2</SB>are disposed on the light path between the light emission ends 70a and 70b and the optical divider 80, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
