PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital filter or the like capable of reducing the number of times of arithmetic operation less than that in the prior arts. SOLUTION: The digital filter includes: an arithmetic processing means for performing filtering processing using digital data obtained by performing digital conversion on an analog input signal; a ring buffer memory including a plurality of storage regions for storing digital data; and a storage for storing a result of arithmetic operation by the arithmetic processing mean. The arithmetic processing means includes: a subtraction part for reading oldest digital data stored in the ring buffer memory and subtracting the read digital data from latest input data; a division part for dividing a result of the subtraction by the subtraction part with the number of storage regions included in the ring buffer memory; an addition part for adding the result of the division by the division part and a result of division calculated in a sampling period of digital data just before calculating the result of the division stored in the storage; and an output part for outputting a result of the addition by the addition part.
