<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant positive pressure breathing system mask where a wearer does not have a lot of uncomfortable feelings. <P>SOLUTION: A respiratory interface device includes a respiratory mask that is worn on a face of a patient. The respiratory mask includes: a body portion 110 that forms an enclosure around a nose of the patient; and at least one set of headgear strap flanges 120, 130. The body portion 110 is almost entirely manufactured from an elastomeric material.
