PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system capable of remotely monitoring a situation of a monitoring object device to detect an advanced sign of abnormality. SOLUTION: A host computer (100) of a manufacturer/dealer of a clinical inspection device (200) receives status data of each component from component sensors (203a, 203b, ...) of the clinical inspection device (200) of a user and detects the advanced sign of abnormality by comparing the received status data with a predictive condition stored in a condition storing part (104) in a status monitoring part (105). The predictive condition includes a condition generated based on the life span data of each component and the condition generated based on the transition of the status data before the abnormality occurrence time when the abnormality occurs.
