PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when manufacturing a lead alloy sheet from a lead alloy powder material through rolling, cracks formed at both ends of the lead alloy sheet expand to a part to be processed, so that it is hard to carry out continuous manufacturing of the sheet for a long time. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the lead alloy sheet includes using a pair of rolling rolls disposed facing each other and parallel to each other with a prescribed gap left between their cylindrical surfaces, and extruding the lead alloy powder material fed to the gap to a side opposite to the feeding side by rotating the pair of rolling rollers so as to press the lead alloy powder material between the cylindrical surfaces of the rolling rollers. Here, the pressing and extrusion are conducted while feeding and applying a lubricant to the cylindrical surfaces of both ends of the rolling pair of rolling rollers and the lateral surfaces extending from the cylindrical surfaces at the both ends of the rolling rollers.
