PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive path with reduced impedance. SOLUTION: The conductive path 10 for alternating current arranged between a motor 14 and an inverter 13 loaded on a vehicle 11, is provided with a plurality of connecting parts 16 each electrically connected with the motor 14 and the inverter 13, and a body part 17 electrically connecting the plurality of connection parts 16 with each other. The body part 17 is provided with a plurality of bus bars 18 each having its cross section shape in a rectangular shape and laminated with a posture in which long sides of cross section shapes face each other, and a mold part 19 consisting of an insulating synthetic resin material arranged to surround an outer periphery of the bus bars 18 and retaining spaces between the plurality of bus bars.
