The arm has a cable channel (11) delimited by a channel wall (3) from a residual cross sectional area (14) of an inner profile (1). The area contains a hole (15) for bringing a fastening part e.g. bolt, dowel or screw. An elongated longitudinal groove (17) is formed in a profile surface (16) of the inner profile. An outer sleeve (2) is slid over the profile surface. An inner side of the outer sleeve is partially formed complementary to the profile surface and is broken through a longitudinal outer slot (21), which is partially covered with a longitudinal inner slot (12).
