PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material delivery apparatus which continuously delivers materials by effectively taking advantage of the rotational motion system and the horizontal reciprocating motion system, and reliably delivers materials from a conveying body without any restriction on the thickness of materials. SOLUTION: The material delivery apparatus is provided at the delivery position set in the middle of a belt conveyor 12 for supporting and transporting materials, and delivers plates transported on the belt conveyor 12 outside a conveying line. A rotary delivery body 18 is arranged at the position above the belt conveyor 12 so that a delivery arm 20 delivers the materials on the belt conveyor 12 outward by its rotation, and the rotary delivery body 18 is horizontally reciprocated in the delivering direction of the plates a.
