PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger etc. capable of making fins securely come into close contact with pipes and securely regulating a fin pitch and having good productivity. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger includes: the plurality of flat plate-shaped fins 10 having notches 11 and laminated parallel at fixed intervals; and the plurality of flat heat transfer pipes 20 each inserted to the notches 11 of the fins 10 and jointed to the fins 10. First bent parts 14a, 14b are formed by bending both ends 2a of the fin 10 approximately at a right angle to the same direction, and second bent parts 15a, 15b are formed by further bending ends of the first bent parts 14a, 14b approximately at a right angle to the direction in which the first bent parts 14a, 14b are opposed to each other.
