<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable three-dimensional mask, which is easy to manufacture and excellent in heating ability and fitting ability. <P>SOLUTION: The mask comprises a mask body 3 and a pair of behind-the-ear parts 4 provided on both sides of the mask body 3. The mask body 3 includes right and left nonwoven sheets 1 joined near the center of the mask body 3 with a joint edge 2 of almost longitudinal arc shape. A heat generation sheet 5 for heating a region to be heated on a user's face by reaction heat of a heat generation powder 24 is provided on each of the right and left nonwoven sheets 1.
