PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal base which can be housed in an existing distribution board and a switchboard or the like in which a housing space of the terminal base is limited, and in which a clamp CT can be installed in a fixed state. SOLUTION: In the terminal base, the route which connects a primary terminal part and a secondary terminal part can be exchanged, and the route can be selected into a first route which connects the both terminal parts by the shortest distance inside a frame body enveloping the both terminal parts and a second route which has a curved portion projecting from the outline contour of the frame body.
