PURPOSE: A sheet structure for a valve is provided to prevent decrease of water holding capability due to scratch on a sheet by preventing a foreign material from sticking to the sheet and maintain the best water-holding capability. CONSTITUTION: A sheet structure(1) for a valve comprises a gate valve, a ball valve and a butterfly valve. Fine grooves(2a,3a) are respectively formed on a body sheet(2) and a disc sheet(3). The fine grooves are formed in a circumferential direction to be located on the middle part in a state of dividing the body sheet and the disc sheet in a width direction. The fine grooves can be formed in a circle, ellipse, wave or polygon shape. The foreign material stuck to the planar parts of the body sheet and the disc sheet in a process of opening/closing a valve is ground by the fine grooves.
