PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection chip capable of making a cell volume constant by preventing a solution from creeping to the back of a detection element and easy to assemble, and a flow-through cell using the same. SOLUTION: The detection element is arranged on a substrate and an elastic member for fixing the detection element from the upper surface is provided on the detection element.
