The tube bundle heat exchanger has a tube sheet made of plastic, in which a metal plate is inserted. The tube sheet plates (3) are formed identically, where an intermediate plate (4) is arranged between the tube sheet plates. The tube sheet plates are provided with through holes for receiving the tubes (5). The through holes in the intermediate plate are formed larger than the through holes in the tube sheet plates and are inserted in the compound sleeves.
