PURPOSE: An apparatus for handwriting animation message transmitting and a receiving and a method thereof are provided to transmit a synchronized message to a mobile terminal at the receiving by synchronizing more or one of handwriting animation messages with a special background image to one group. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(201) is inputted the handwriting animation message that is including a coordinate information and an inputted time information above a background image from the user of a transmission side mobile terminal. A controller(209) performs a control that is synchronized or merged the handwriting animation message with the background image. A transceiver(215) transmits the background image and the synchronized handwriting animation message that was synchronized or merged to the mobile terminal at the receiving end.
