PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a flexible circuit film include the intaglio film which formed the electric conduction circuit and thereof are provided to improve productivity by forming a circuit pattern in a film substrate to form a circuit in a film substrate through a plating process. CONSTITUTION: In a method of manufacturing a flexible circuit film includes the intaglio film which formed the electric conduction circuit and thereof, a circuit master in which a circuit pattern is penetrated is laminated on the film substrate(20). A circuit pattern is engraved on the surface of the film substrate by projecting laser to the circuit pattern of the circuit master. The circuit master is divided from the film substrate. A conductor(40) is formed in the engraved circuit pattern of a film substrate. A plating layer(50) is formed on the surface of the film substrate in which the conductor is formed.
