PURPOSE: A pumping system for cryogenic high-pressure liquefied oxygen and liquefied nitrogen is provided to enhance efficiency of a pump and control pumps individually and simultaneously through automatic control. CONSTITUTION: A pumping system for cryogenic high-pressure liquefied oxygen and liquefied nitrogen can produce physical, chemical target using different kinds of ultralow liquid. Liquefied oxygen(Lox) discharged from an ultralow high-pressure tank lorry(2) flows into a storage tank(3) through a valve for a temperature sensor via a vacuum jacket pipeline(28), a filter(27) and a micro mesh(50) through a flexible hose. If an Lox pump(5) operates, steam vaporized through a vaporizer(4) is discharged through a venting line. If a pump operates, then a thick part is covered with a dual insulating vacuum jacket, thus ultraviolet high-pressure can be maintained.
