PURPOSE: A sterilizer with air cleaning and deodorizing functions is provided to efficiently deodorize and sterilize indoor air using water, ultraviolet rays, and ozone. CONSTITUTION: A sterilizer(1) with air cleaning and deodorizing functions comprises an operation panel(11), an air transfer unit, a transfer member, a storage container(3), and a porous membrane. The operation panel controls power supplied from the outside. The air transfer unit forcefully transfers external air to the inside a main body(10) using a fan. The transfer member locates an ultraviolet lamp, an ultrasonic vibrator, and a water level sensor at a fixing member extended to the inside the main body. The storage container stores water or an aqueous solution. The porous membrane is located at one inner side of the main body.
