FIELD: power industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: flame neutraliser of industrial wastes includes furnace with inlet and outlet branch pipes, burner device having the possibility of being connected to gas source, liquid waste supply atomiser, waste gas cooling device containing gas duct, cyclone, ID fan and stack, which are connected as per technological cycle; at that, neutraliser is provided with air blower; furnace is made in the form of horizontally oriented chamber; burner device and air blower are connected to inlet branch pipe of furnace with possibility of formation of horizontal combustion flame directed towards the furnace, and supply atomiser of liquid wastes is mounted with possibility of atomisation of industrial wastes to furnace cavity. ^ EFFECT: atomisation of neutralised liquid to fine fraction and removal and cleaning of flue gases after combustion. ^ 6 cl, 5 dwg |
