PURPOSE: A blade structure of pulverizer is provided to arrange on the rotary surface of the drum type and pulverize the food uniformly. CONSTITUTION: The blade structure of pulverizer includes: a cutting blade(12); and a flow control space. The cutting blade has the cutting part which is bent in regular angle from the top of the support part and support part and is extended. A plurality of cutting blades are arranged on the surface of the rotator along with the regular direction at a regular interval. The flow control space is formed by the support part and cutting part. In the cutting part(122), the width grows larger according to the longitudinal direction of the support part.
