<p>A work conveying mechanism 100 according to the present invention includes a rotation drum 102 in which an adsorbing pad 110 for adsorbing an absorber 4 is provided. The work conveying mechanism rotates the rotation drum 102 and arranges the absorber 4 on a third web 7C being conveyed. In an outer shape of the work adsorbed by the adsorbing pad 110, an outer edge portion thereof is closer to a shaft center side of the rotation drum 102 than a central portion thereof is.
