PURPOSE: A power window lighting apparatus for an automobile is provided to make a driver and a passenger easily find a power window switch if the interior of an automobile is dark like the night and to utilize as mood lighting in an automobile. CONSTITUTION: A power window lighting apparatus for an automobile includes: a light guide(200) made of a transparent or semitransparent material and receiving light from one side to emit light evenly as a whole, and installed to an interior material cover(10) along the border of a power window switch(100); and an LED(300) installed to one side of the light guide to emit light to the light guide and provided with a power supply joint(310) at one side.
