PURPOSE: A chassis structure of a rear wheel arch portion for an automobile is provided to improve the stiffness of a chassis and to protect a passenger from a car accident by dispersing and absorbing lateral impact energy. CONSTITUTION: A chassis structure of a rear wheel arch portion for an automobile includes a side rear outer lower reinforcement(300) installed between a C-filler reinforcement(100) and a side seal reinforcement(200) to form a rear wheel arch portion. The side rear outer lower reinforcement includes an upper end(320) formed to couple with an end(110) of the C-filler reinforcement of an automobile, a lower end(330) formed to couple with an end(210) of a side seal reinforcement(200) of an automobile, and a body(310) formed in the arc shape along the shape of a wheel house outer panel(400) coupled to the outside of the C-filler reinforcement and the side seal reinforcement.
