FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: vibratory disc actuator comprises a disc, a body, two groups of sectors that are movable in vertical direction. The disc actuator is equipped with a special disc with a limiter inside, which by means of a hydraulic cylinder may move inside the disc, and the shaft is connected to the drive and the main part of the disc, the working surface of which comprises the main part and two groups of sectors, which are movable in the vertical direction, at the same time the actuator may rotate and simultaneously transfer compressed air into pneumatic cylinders to ensure vertical oscillations in opposite directions in the first and second groups of sectors. ^ EFFECT: higher quality of stiff concrete surfaces treatment, reduced vibration of a smoothening machine sent to a portal, higher reliability, opportunity to independently change vibration parameters in process of machine operation. ^ 2 dwg |
