FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to stabilisation and refining method of oil from light mercaptans and hydrogen sulphide, which involves physical refining of oil which passed dehydration and demineralisation phases, by subsequent supply to two separators of components from steam-gas mixtures of distillates removed from two rectifying columns; at that, after the second separator the concentrate of the removed components is treated with reagent, where condensed hydrocarbons of the first separator is supplied as raw material to the second rectifying column, and remnants of both rectifying columns are removed. At that, remnant of the first column is marketable oil, and remnant of the second column is stable and purified gasoline; water is extracted from the first separator, and some portion of it is supplied to phase of treatment of removed components with reagent, and the other portion is returned to the bottom of the first rectifying column through oven in vapour phase; remnant of the second rectifying column is partially returned to middle section of the first rectifying column in the form of liquid-vapour mixture. ^ EFFECT: higher stabilisation and purifying degree of oil from light mercaptans, lower flow rate of external resources, and enlarged operating range of columns. ^ 4 cl, 3 tbl, 1 dwg |
