PURPOSE: A method of delignification and bleaching of chemical pulp is provided to improve stability with respect to yellowing and to reduce oxidative damage. CONSTITUTION: A method of delignification of chemical pulp comprises: a step of performing reaction of 3-30 weight% of chemical pulp contained in an aqueous mixture with chlorine dioxide in the amount corresponding to 0.02-0.25 kappa factor at 50-150 °C and pH 2-7; and a step of additionally reacting with 0.1-5 weight% of hydrogen peroxide under the presence of tungstate or molybdate at 50-150 °C. |
