Disclosed is Lactobacillus paracasei strain PC201, deposited at the Pasteur Institute's Collection Nationale de Cultures de Microorganismes (CNCM) under access number "CNCM I-4214" on 28 July 2009 pursuant to the Budapest Treaty. The present invention also relates to compositions containing said Lactobacillus paracasei strain PC201 and to the uses of said Lactobacillus paracasei strain PC201.
