PURPOSE: A frame forming device of for a vinyl greenhouse and a frame for a vinyl greenhouse manufactured through the same are provided to prevent deformation of an iron plate due to high heat since the shape of the iron plate is corrected when the iron plate finally passes a correcting unit. CONSTITUTION: A frame forming device(1) of for a vinyl greenhouse comprises a forming unit(200) and a welding unit(300). A plurality of forming roller units on the forming unit successively bend and transfer plate members. The form roller unit forms a closed-curve shape of a frame, which has an inner space. The welding unit welds the joint of the frame formed by the forming unit.
