PURPOSE: An air purifying apparatus is provided to supply purified air to the external side of the apparatus by passing external air through a water tank to eliminate fine particles and toxic materials from the air. CONSTITUTION: An air purifying apparatus includes a housing(12), a water tank(18), an air inhaling fan(20), an air inhaling pipe(22), a discharging pipe(22a), an exhausting pipe(38), an exhausting fan(30), an air diffusing part(32), a power cord(36), and a controlling board(26). The air inhaling pipe is in connection with the inside of the housing at the upper external side of the housing. The discharging pipe discharges inhaled air into water filled in the water tank. The internal end part of the exhausting pipe is in connection with the inside of the water tank, and the external end part of the exhausting pipe is in connection with the external side of the housing. The exhausting fan exhausts purified air.
