The invention relates to hydro-technical and special construction and can be used at arrangement of a screen under a building, and a construction lowered to earth. The technical result of the invention is achieved due to that at depth of arrangement of a screen one installs protective reflecting devices with formation of through guide wells in plane same to plane of the basis of the construction. Earth between the neighboring wells is developed with earth-excavating element under protection of penetration fluid. Continuous cavity that is formed is filled with backfill solution and polymer film that is placed before in the earth-excavating element, with one end this is fixed on day surface of earth after earth-excavating element. Filling of cavity with backfill solution and polymer film takes place simultaneously with development of earth. Cured backfill solution together with polymer film forms a screen.
