METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CONDUCTIVE LAYER OF LIGHTNING PROTECTION COATING

摘要

A method of manufacturing a conductive layer of a lightning protection coating includes manufacture of a knitted mesh fabric made of copper wire coated with a solder followed by soldering contact areas of adjacent wire loops by applied pressure. The knitted mesh fabric that is connected with at least one copper wire coated with solder is subject to rolling in rolls with relative reduction of 40-80 %, then the flux is applied on the fabric and the areas of contact of adjacent wire loops of mesh fabric are soldered by heat treatment in a furnace at the temperature of 30- above the melting point of solder in air.
