A method for treatment of mineral brines consists in the series of technological operations: treatment of brine with lime milk to precipitate magnesium hydroxide and calcium sulphate, their isolation from mother solution; treatment with sulphuric acid and separation; treatment of mother solution with sodium carbonate to precipitate calcium carbonate and isolation thereof; treatment of mother solution with ammonium nitrate to precipitate ammonium chloride and isolation thereof; stage by stage evaporation from mother solution of sodium chloride, potassium nitrate, sodium sulphate and their separation. |
