METHOD FOR INTRAVASAL CORRECTION OF VALVE INSUFFICIENCY IN DEEP VEINS OF LOWER LIMBS

A method for the intravasal correction of valve insufficiency in the deep veins of the lower limbs comprises the reconstruction of the cusps of the valves by the longitudinal venotomy through the comissures. n-shaped sutures are applied around the comissure with the length and the number of the sutures corresponding to the gap between the cusps in mm. The distance between all the sutures should be the same. When the sutures are tied up, the vein is constricted with the closure of the cusps.
